  • As Readiness Director since 2018, lead 5 Sailors in ensuring Unit is 100% ready to deploy in support of US contingencies at all times.
  • As Operations Officer (N3) from 2017-2018, led 4 Sailors in a Department to ensure staff are able to readily support Active Duty mission by providing exercise training and directing personnel in support of planned exercises

Interim COO, Skywell LLC

2013-2014

  • Developed data management and daily operations procedures to handle sales, delivery, and service to consumer product.
  • Fostered targeted product requirement information from Mechanical Engineers, Water Scientists, and Software Engineers to ultimately write Product Requirements and Product Specifications Documents for new Wrote plans in Microsoft Project, and shepherded an international team to reach market launch.
  • Wrote models in excel with fine-tuned sensitivity analysis to predict profitability and market
  • To solve for inadequate commercial solution to our product and operations needs, architected and coded a custom in- house ERP using LAMP stack with an integrated MySQL query structure and actionable

Assistant Operations Officer, Navy Expeditionary Logistics

2012

  • As Officer in Charge of Navy Customs Detachment at Camp Virginia, Kuwait, led 35 Sailors at a remote location tasked with transferring all personnel and equipment out of Iraq based on US President’s expedited
  • Initiated sustainability program for US Forces-Kuwait, including expanded recycling and instituting
  • Chartered a staffing strategy engagement, ultimately initiating changes that directly saved the US $11 Million / year.

Combat Systems Officer, USS GERMANTOWN

2003-2005

  • Managed 22 personnel in the preventative and corrective maintenance of all ship’s weapon systems, coordinated and supervised weapons training for all hands, managed accounting and proper disposal of ammunition and ordnance, and directed ship’s Intelligence Gathering team.
  • Led Intel team to win the Navy’s award for best Intelligence Gathering among Mid-sized ships in the Pacific in 2004.
